How Listing Exporter works
From pinning the icon to your first spreadsheet row. Every screen below is a live, interactive replica of the real extension — click around.
Install the extension, then pin it
Add Listing Exporter from the Chrome Web Store. Chrome tucks new extensions into the puzzle-piece menu by default — click that icon, find Listing Exporter, and click the pin. Now it’s one click away in your toolbar whenever you want to export.

Sign in with Google
Click the toolbar icon and choose Continue with Google. This is what lets the extension create spreadsheets in your Drive and write listings into them — you only do this once.

Create your spreadsheet — from inside the extension
Type a name in Target Workbook and click Create. That new spreadsheet becomes your export destination and is remembered for next time.
For privacy, the extension can only see spreadsheets it made itself — sheets you create by hand in Google Sheets won’t show up in the picker.

Choose your columns
Click edit under Columns and tick the details you want captured — price, beds, baths, address, square footage, and more. Your selection is remembered for every future export. Try it — the checkboxes on the right are live.
Open a Redfin or Zillow page
Navigate to any listing on Redfin or Zillow — a single property’s detail page, or a whole search-results page. The toolbar icon lights up once the extension recognizes the page.

Export a single listing
On a property’s detail page, click Export this listing. Its details land as a new row in your chosen sheet. Single-listing exports are always free and unlimited.

On a search-results page, click Export full page to capture every listing shown at once. The free plan includes 10 full-page exports a day; Pro removes that limit.
