Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Listing Exporter Chrome extension and the website at listingexporter.xyz (together, the “Service”), operated by Listing Exporter (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing the extension, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service

Listing Exporter is a tool that lets you export real-estate listing details shown on Redfin and Zillow pages you are viewing into Google Sheets that you own. The extension reads listing data in your browser and writes it to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
• You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or removed your access.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the exported data in a way that violates the terms, policies, or rights of the sites the data comes from (including Redfin and Zillow) or of any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent free-tier limits, resell the Service, or access it through automated means beyond the extension’s normal operation.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property.

Third-party services and data sources

The Service works with third-party platforms, including Google (sign-in, Sheets, and Drive), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (accounts and database), and it reads data from sites such as Redfin and Zillow. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Redfin, Zillow, or Google, and those names are the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of listing data complies with the terms of the source sites and with applicable law. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data obtained through the Service.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• Free and paid plans. The Service offers a free tier with daily export limits and one or more paid plans that raise or remove those limits. The current features and prices are shown on the upgrade page.
• Payment. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (for example monthly) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; your paid features continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, which take effect on your next billing cycle.

Your content and Google data

You retain all rights to the spreadsheets and data in your Google account. The Service writes exported listings directly into a Google Sheet you own using a file-scoped Drive permission, and we do not store the contents of your spreadsheets on our servers. How we handle Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and for how you use exported data.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the extension, website, and their software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the data it produces will be accurate or complete. You use the Service and any exported data at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the terms of the sites from which you export data.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may revoke the extension’s access from your Google Account permissions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
